Kindergarten-1st Grade (Co-Ed)
A Fun First Step into Team Sports
MicroSoccer is the perfect introduction to youth athletics for our youngest Shamrocks! Open to rising Kindergarten and 1st Grade students, this co-ed recreational program focuses on learning the fundamentals of soccer in a fun, encouraging, and developmentally appropriate environment.
Players build basic soccer skills while developing teamwork, confidence, sportsmanship, and a love of the game - all in a positive setting designed for young athletes.
MicroSoccer teams participate in the SF Vikings MicroSoccer League, where players enjoy weekly practices and games throughout the fall season.

Registration
Registration for MicroSoccer is completed in two simple steps.
Step 1 - Register with St. Finn Barr Athletics
Complete the following:
- MicroSoccer Interest Form
- Athletics Program Notices
- EMT Waiver
- Emergency / Medical Form
Step 2 - Register with SF Vikings
Once your St. Finn Barr Athletics registration has been submitted, our Athletic Director will email you with instructions for completing your league registration directly through SF Vikings.
Registration Fee
The St. Finn Barr Athletics MicroSoccer fee for the 2026-2027 school year is $250 per player.
Because league fees are paid directly to SF Vikings, your final balance due to St. Finn Barr Athletics will be calculated after the league registration fee has been confirmed.
Important Dates
- Registration Opens: March 20, 2026
- Registration Deadline: March 27, 2026
- Practice Information Released: August 2026
- Fall Season Begins: September 2026
