Report Hours

Please use this form to report hours. Any donations reported must be accompanied by a receipt (note eldest student's name and grade on receipt for proper credit).

Each participating family is expected to contribute a total of 30 hours during the school year, with a minimum of 20 hours dedicated to volunteering at events and up to 10 hours total available for contribution through monetary donations for the school year.

Donation Rate: $25 = 1 hour of service.

Event Cap:

Maximum of 4 hours in monetary donations per event (Note: Monetary donations are capped at 10 hours total for the entire year)
Maximum of 6 hours in volunteer service per event
