Report Volunteer Hours

Thank you for sharing your time and talents with St. Finn Barr Catholic School! Parent and guardian volunteers play an essential role in enriching the educational experience of our students and strengthening our school community.

To help us maintain accurate Family Participation records, please report your volunteer hours and eligible donations promptly after each activity.

Report Your Volunteer Hours

Use the online Volunteer Hours Reporting Form to report:

  • Volunteer service hours.
  • Donations of eligible goods or services - receipt required for credit.

Please submit a separate form for each volunteer activity or donation. Prompt reporting helps ensure your family's participation record remains accurate throughout the school year.

*Service hours for coaches and team parents are credited at the conclusion of each season, pending return of  all team equipment.

Participating Family Service Commitment

Families enrolled under the Participating Family Tuition Plan are asked to complete 30 parent volunteer hours during the school year.

  • At least 20 hours minimum must be completed through volunteer service.
  • Up to 10 hours total may be earned through eligible monetary donations.
  • $25 in eligible donations = 1 volunteer hour.
