At St. Finn Barr Catholic School, our families are an important part of what makes our community so special. Whether you're helping at a school event, volunteering in the classroom, coaching a team, or donating toward a school initiative, your generosity of time and talent directly enriches the experience of every student.

Thank you for partnering with us and for taking an active role in helping our school thrive.

Participating Family Service Commitment

Families enrolled under the Participating Family Tuition Plan are asked to complete 30 parent volunteer hours during the school year.

  • At least 20 hours must be completed through volunteer service.
  • Up to 10 hours may be earned through eligible monetary donations.
  • $25 in eligible donations = 1 volunteer hour.

To ensure opportunities are shared fairly among all families:

  • Volunteer service is limited to 6 hours per event, per family.
  • Monetary donations are limited to 4 hours per event, with a maximum of 10 donation hours per school year.

Note: When reporting a donation, please upload a copy of your receipt and include your eldest student's name and grade so your family receives proper credit.

*Service hours for coaches and team parents are credited at the conclusion of each season, pending return of all team equipment.

Please submit your volunteer hours within two weeks of completing the activity/donation whenever possible. Prompt reporting helps ensure your family's records remain accurate throughout the school year.
