Tuition & Family Commitment
At St. Finn Barr Catholic School, we believe in making a high-quality Catholic education both accessible and community-driven.
The following tuition plan has been approved for the 2026-2027 school year. Families may choose between two tuition options, with significant savings available for those who actively participate in our school community.

*Families who choose the Participating Family option are able to benefit from significant savings. This option is designed to keep tuition lower while strengthening our school community through service and engagement.
What Does It Mean to Be a Participating Family?
Participating Families partner with the school through service and community involvement, not just financial support. The following outlines the requirements of Participating Families:
- Volunteer Service Hours
- 30 hours per year per family (20 hours for single-parent households)
- Volunteer opportunities include school events, field trips, athletics, and leadership roles.
- Walk-a-thon Participation
- Minimum fundraising goal: $250 per family.
Note: this amount does not need to come out of pocket. Instead, students are encouraged to share their fundraising page with family and friends, helping to build community support while taking pride in contributing to their school. It’s one of the most inclusive and community-driven ways to give.
- Spring Gala Participation
- Purchase of two event tickets per family: Projected ticket cost $275 per couple.
The Gala is both a fundraiser and a special night for our parents, friends, alumni and parishioner community.

Payment Schedule Options
- 1 Payment before July 20, 2026 = 4% discount on amount paid + FACTS Admin Fee
- 4 Annual Payments = 4 automatic withdrawal payments. July 2026, October 2026, January 2027, April 2027 + FACTS Admin Fee
- 11 Payments = 11 automatic withdrawal payments. July 2026 – May 2027 + FACTS Admin Fee
- 12 Payments (for students in grades K-7 only) = 12 automatic withdrawal payments. July 2026 – June 2027 + FACTS Admin Fee
* Automatic withdrawal required, unless approved in writing by school administration.
FACTS Tuition: All families must register and pay tuition through FACTS tuition (including the $43 FACTS administrative fee). Payments may be made by mail, web, or telephone. Automatic debit is required for all but single payments.
Financial Aid Note: Parents are responsible for the full monthly payments, until scholarships have been processed by the school. Once the scholarship is cleared, the discount will be applied to the remaining months in the payment plan.
