Resource Program
At St. Finn Barr Catholic School, we recognize that every child learns in their own way and at their own pace. Our Resource Program is designed to ensure that all students have the support and tools they need to thrive - academically, socially, and emotionally.
Led by Ms. McFeeters, Resource Teacher, the program provides individualized and small-group instruction for students who benefit from additional support or enrichment opportunities. Through our Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS), we collaborate closely with teachers, families, and students to address unique learning needs and promote continuous growth.
What We Offer
- Small-Group Instruction in reading, writing, and math.
- Targeted Intervention & Enrichment combined with progress monitoring.
- Teacher Collaboration to adapt classroom strategies and accommodations.
- Skill-Building Support in organization, attention, and self-regulation.
Our goal is to help every student build confidence as a learner and develop lifelong skills for success - both in and out of the classroom.
