Walk-a-thon: Stride for Shamrocks

A joyful school tradition that brings our community together to support student programs and campus needs.

Location: St. Finn Barr campus & surrounding neighborhood

Each year, our Shamrocks hit the route with big smiles, lots of cheering, and plenty of school spirit! The Walk-a-thon is one of St. Finn Barr’s most beloved community traditions - and an important fundraiser that directly supports campus improvements and student programs.

Why We Walk

When you support the Walk-a-thon, you’re investing in a stronger St. Finn Barr experience for every student - academically, spiritually, and socially. Together, we raise funds that help make meaningful upgrades and keep student programs thriving.

Volunteer

It takes a village to make this event safe, fun, and full of cheer! We’ll share volunteer roles as the event approaches, including:

  • Route chaperones

  • Water stations

  • Check-in / bib distribution

  • Activity stations

  • Cheer squad helpers
