Athletics Fundraisers
Supporting St. Finn Barr Athletics Together
At St. Finn Barr, athletics fundraising is a shared effort that helps provide exceptional opportunities for every student-athlete. When each family participates, we can continue offering quality programs while keeping athletics accessible and affordable for all.
Funds raised help offset the cost of:
- League registration and fees
- Gym and field rentals
- Uniforms and equipment
- Team supplies
- Program operating expenses
Every family's participation helps strengthen our athletics program and provides meaningful experiences for our student-athletes.
Annual Athletics Fundraisers
All families participating in St. Finn Barr Athletics during the school year are expected to participate in two annual athletics fundraisers:
- Fall Fundraiser – Gift Wrap Sale
- Spring Fundraiser – See's Candies Sale
Our hope is that families will share these fundraising opportunities with relatives, friends, neighbors, and coworkers who may wish to support our athletics program. With the support of your network, many families are able to fulfill their fundraising commitment without making purchases themselves.
Together, these two fundraisers help provide the financial resources needed to sustain and grow our athletics program.
Buy Out Option
We understand that fundraising may not be the best fit for every family. Families who prefer not to participate in the required athletics fundraisers may choose the Athletics Fundraiser Buy Out option during registration.
The Buy Out option provides an alternative way to fulfill the annual fundraising requirement while continuing to support the Athletics Program.
Additional details regarding Buy Out amounts and deadlines will be provided during the registration process.
Supplemental Fundraising Opportunities
Throughout the year, additional fundraising opportunities may be offered to further support St. Finn Barr Athletics or specific team initiatives.
These may include events such as:
- Lunch sales
- Nacho sales
- Root beer float sales
- Restaurant nights
- Spirit wear sales
- Other community fundraising events
Participation in these supplemental fundraisers is a wonderful way to further support our athletics program while bringing our school community together.

Every athletics family plays an important role in supporting our program. Whether you participate in the two required annual fundraisers or choose the Buy Out option, your commitment helps provide exceptional opportunities for our student-athletes. Participation in supplemental fundraisers (e.g. lunch sales, nacho sales, etc) throughout the year is optional and always appreciated.
