ASL (American Sign Language) - Enrichment Fall 2023

An interactive beginner ASL program for students to develop meaningful communicative discourse, learn cultural and social norms within Deaf communities, and become independent language learners.
Student learning outcomes: identify and produce fingerspelled words and use ASL in elementary linguistic structures. Also examine historical factors that have contributed to Deaf culture.
